＜Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations within Japan＞
We cannot accept cancellations or changes to order details after an order has been placed, including changes to the item, color, or size. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns for customer reasons, such as the wrong size, a difference from expectations, or an incorrect order.
If the item delivered is defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will assist you.
In such cases, please contact us through “Contact” within one week of receiving the item.
If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for the same item.
If exchange stock is not available, we will issue a refund.
Shipping costs required for returning and resending the relevant item will be covered by us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Items for which ８ days or more have passed since delivery
