Purchasing Policy
The following forms part of the terms and conditions for products ordered through our website, www.monzee.jp. Please review these terms carefully before submitting your order.

How we contact you: If we need to contact you, we will do so by phone, email, or, where necessary, by post, using the contact information provided when you placed your order.

Your Order
How we accept your order: Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming that we have accepted your order. At that time, a contract is formed between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order: If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the product. This may occur, for example, if a limited product is sold out, or if an error is found in the product’s price or description.
Your order number: We assign an order number to your order and will inform you of it when your order is accepted. When contacting us about your order, providing your order number will help us process your inquiry smoothly.

Our Products
Differences from website images: Please understand that product images displayed on our website are intended to describe the products to customers. Colors shown on the website may vary slightly depending on how your monitor is calibrated and on the operating system used by your computer or mobile device. We make every effort to ensure that all images on our website match the actual products you purchase; however, due to the nearly limitless variations in home monitor setups and operating system settings, we cannot guarantee a perfect match every time.

Prices and Payment
Consumption Tax
Consumption tax is 10%. Prices shown for each product on the website include consumption tax.
Prices and price adjustments: The price of the products ordered and delivery fees, including Japanese consumption tax, will be shown in Japanese yen during order processing.
Despite our best efforts, it is always possible that some of the products offered for sale may be incorrectly priced on the website. If the correct price of a product on the date of your order is higher than the displayed price, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If the correct price on the date of your order is lower than the displayed price, we will refund the difference.

Payment Methods
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay may be used online only. For purchases made by credit card, an authorization hold for the total amount in Japanese yen will be placed on your credit card at the time of order, but your card will not be charged until the product is shipped. If your credit card is not authorized, or if the total amount of your order exceeds your credit limit, a message will appear on the payment page instructing you to try another payment method.
We do not accept debit cards. Credit cards that also function as debit cards may be used, but payment will be processed as a credit card transaction.

Delivery
All products ordered through monzee.jp can be delivered within Japan and internationally.
Estimated delivery times and delivery details are explained here on our website, and shipping fees are also explained here on our website.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is in transit.
You can check the delivery status of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation.
When responsibility for the product transfers: Responsibility for the product transfers to you when the product is delivered to the address you specified.
When ownership of the product transfers: Ownership of the product transfers to you when we have received full payment for the product.
If you are not present at the time of delivery: If no one is available at your address to receive the product, and the product cannot be placed in your mailbox, a notice will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect the product from the nearest holding location.
If you do not arrange redelivery: If the product is not delivered to you and you do not arrange redelivery or collect the product from the holding location, we may contact you regarding further steps and may charge storage fees and additional delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or arrange redelivery or collection of the product by you, we may terminate the contract between you and us.

Our Right to Terminate the Contract

If you breach the contract, we may terminate the contract between you and us. We may terminate the contract for the product at any time by notifying you by email in any of the following cases:
• Payment has not been made within 7 days of the date of purchase.
• You have not received the product within a reasonable time (see “If you are not present at the time of delivery” or “If you do not arrange redelivery” above).

<Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Within Japan>
After an order has been placed, we cannot accept changes to the order details, including changes to products, colors, or sizes, nor can we accept cancellations. Please confirm all details before placing your order. We do not accept exchanges or returns for customer-related reasons, such as an incorrect size, a difference from the expected image, or an order placed in error.

If the product delivered is defective, or if a product different from your order arrives, we will respond accordingly.
In such cases, please contact us through “Contact” within one week of receiving the product.
If stock is available, we will exchange it for the same product.
If exchange stock is not available, we will provide a refund.
In addition, we will cover the shipping costs required to return and resend the relevant product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Returns for customer-related reasons, such as the size not fitting, a difference from the expected image, or an order placed in error
・Products for which 8 or more days have passed since delivery
・Products that have been used
・Products that have become soiled or damaged while in the customer’s possession
・Hygiene products such as underwear
・If the delivery statement or tags have been lost

Returns and Exchanges for International Orders>
For international shipments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

・Cancellations for international orders
Cancellations are accepted only before shipment. We cannot accept cancellations after shipment.

<Additional Fees Other Than Product Price>
Within Japan: Shipping fees and bank transfer fees
International: Shipping fees, customs duties, bank transfer fees, customs clearance fees, and local consumption taxes
